The Taiwanese company, Fishbone, is most commonly known for making different types of stabilizers. Shot on location at this year’s BIRTV 2011 event in Beijing, China, Vimeo user, Dan Chung, gives us a peak at a unique body-worn jib system. The jib is fixed to a body mount much like a Steadicam vest. As demonstrated, you can go either mobile with this jib or place it on a tripod to use as most jib arms typically function.
With everyone so excited these days about pocket sized jibs, this is an innovate spin on everything else I’ve seen out there. My question is, what happens to the shots while you’re walking, when will this be available to the public and for how much and when can I see some sample shots?
